Processing & Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Because our apparel is made to order, some orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Apparel Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If your apparel item does not fit as expected, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns on Other Merchandise

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn when applicable, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

We'll review the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
